About this fabric

The ivory ground has a fine, even weave that lets the muted mushroom and taupe-grey band remain the focus. Along the band, closely worked threads create a raised braided border with visible light-and-shadow definition. The cool, softened tone feels more restrained than a strong charcoal, while the pale ground keeps the overall colourway light. No performance features are noted for this fabric.

How to use it

Pair this colourway with chalky whites, warm stone and pale timber to emphasise its ivory ground, or use it with deeper taupe accents for a more layered scheme.

Use the understated taupe-grey band on pale upholstery, cushions or softly tailored curtains for a calm, crafted look.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
