About this fabric

The carbon-grey colour reads as charcoal with a slightly softened, cool cast, while fine woven lines create a gently tactile surface. Its compact hopsack structure gives the cloth a neat, even appearance suited to structured upholstery. The supplied record contains no composition, width or rub-test information for this colourway. In changing light, the small variations within the weave prevent the dark grey from appearing completely flat.

How to use it

Use this cool carbon grey on a tailored sofa, armchair or dining seat where its quiet texture can balance pale timber, brushed metal and warmer neutral textiles. It also works well as a dark grounding note in a restrained, contemporary scheme.

A cool, charcoal-toned woven texture that brings quiet depth to tailored upholstery.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
