Veranda Midnight

Veranda Fabric

Veranda Midnight is a deep charcoal-grey textile with a cool, subtly blue cast. Its fine woven surface creates a quiet crosshatched effect rather than a visible printed motif.

About this fabric

The colour reads as a near-black charcoal softened by closely spaced grey threads, with a restrained blue undertone visible across the swatch. Fine horizontal and vertical yarns form a delicate crosshatch, giving the surface measured texture without a bold pattern. The even, mid-weight-looking weave makes this colourway suitable for both upholstery and drapery, particularly where a tailored finish is wanted. In changing light, the interlaced threads prevent the dark tone from appearing completely flat.

How to use it

Use Veranda Midnight on a tailored sofa, bench or full-length curtain where its cool charcoal depth can balance pale timber, chalky walls and warm metallic details.

Use its cool charcoal depth to anchor pale woods, soft neutrals and brushed metal accents.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
