Striato Wallcovering Egret

Striato Wallcovering Egret presents a very light cream surface crossed by delicate vertical striations. Its restrained tonal variation gives the wall a softly textured, almost brushed appearance.

About this wallpaper

The Egret colourway is a pale, warm-leaning off-white, with fine grey-beige lines creating gentle depth across the surface. The vertical marks are narrow and slightly irregular rather than sharply graphic, so the overall effect remains quiet and finely detailed. As a wallcovering, it is suited to creating a light, textural backdrop where a plain painted surface would feel too flat. The low-contrast pattern allows the subtle linework to be appreciated close up without dominating the room.

How to use it

Use Egret across a bedroom, hallway or softly lit sitting room when you want walls to read as layered rather than stark white. Pair its pale cream tone with natural timber, chalky neutrals and softly aged metal for a calm, refined scheme.

Use this softly striated egret wallcovering to add quiet vertical texture without introducing strong contrast.

Pairs well with

Striato Wallcovering Egret is a quiet cloth, so it carries a pattern beside it: one of these on the curtains and this on the chair. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
