Mangrove green

Evergreen Fabricmangrov/fa1/gre

Mangrove Green pairs a soft leafy ground with a full botanical print, creating a layered, garden-like surface full of gentle movement. The palette reads fresh but muted, with sage, moss and pale stem tones softened against the natural-looking base.

About this fabric

This 140cm-wide fabric is woven in 95% cotton and 5% flax linen, with an iron-safe finish and dry-clean-only care. The design sits in a supple mid-weight range that suits both upholstery and drapery, depending on the project. In this colourway, the foliage and flowers are drawn in softened greens with touches of blush and cream, so the pattern feels airy rather than heavy. The repeat measures 45.67cm both horizontally and vertically, which gives the all-over botanical motif a measured, decorative rhythm.

How to use it

Use Mangrove Green where you want a room to feel settled and verdant, especially alongside timber, painted cream, or aged brass. It works particularly well on occasional chairs, bench cushions, or curtains that need a quiet but detailed surface.

The muted green ground feels calm and natural, with enough body for upholstery and a graceful look on curtains.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
