About this fabric

The surface is formed from tiny, closely interlaced marks that create an even micro-check effect across the cloth. Its colour reads as a gentle greige: warmer than a clean grey, but lighter and less golden than a traditional beige. Fine tonal variation catches the light across the weave, keeping the pale ground from appearing flat. With no additional performance specification supplied, its suitability here is judged from the dense, versatile-looking woven construction visible in the swatch.

How to use it

Use this pale greige colourway to soften a light-grey sofa, occasional chair or full-length curtain, especially alongside chalky whites, pale oak and muted taupes. Its restrained tonal texture can also add quiet depth to a predominantly neutral room without introducing a strong motif.

A softly balanced pale greige weave for calm upholstery, curtains and layered neutral interiors.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
