About this fabric

The surface is densely woven and evenly flecked, combining grey, taupe and subtle darker fibres rather than presenting as a flat solid. Its cool stone tone has a restrained depth, while the folds catch the light softly across the face of the cloth. The visible construction reads as a versatile mid-weight suitable for both upholstery and drapery. No performance features are noted in the supplied specification.

How to use it

Pair Arran Mist with chalky neutrals, pale timber and brushed metal for a calm, cool-toned room. Its muted grey-taupe depth also works well on a tailored armchair or relaxed curtain where the weave can be seen up close.

Use this quiet stone taupe to bring softly textured depth to upholstery, cushions or full-length curtains.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
