About this fabric

The image shows a dense-looking woven texture rather than a printed motif, with irregular pale threads and deeper brown flecks dispersed across the surface. The mocha tone reads warm and earthy, while the lighter yarns prevent it from appearing flat or overly dark. Draped folds catch the light differently across the weave, revealing subtle shifts between mid-brown and shadowed taupe. This substantial-looking fabric is well suited to upholstery where its textured surface can add quiet character to seating.

How to use it

Pair the warm mocha brown with cream boucle, aged timber and muted olive accents for a relaxed, layered seating scheme. It also works well against darker walnut or charcoal pieces, where the pale flecks add gentle contrast.

Use this warm, flecked mocha weave to give sofas, chairs and ottomans a softly textured, welcoming finish.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
