About this fabric

The close, nubby weave creates a tactile surface rather than a printed motif, with fine irregular flecks visible throughout the cloth. Its Flint colouring sits between taupe, beige and soft brown, while deeper shadowed areas add gentle contrast through the folds. The dense-looking construction and substantial drape shown here make it a natural upholstery choice, particularly where a quietly textured finish is preferred. No further composition, width or performance specification is supplied for this fabric.

How to use it

Use Denali Flint to upholster a sofa, armchair or headboard in a room built around warm stone, aged timber and soft brown accents. Its muted taupe-brown depth can also temper stronger patterned cushions without competing with them.

Its densely nubby taupe-brown weave brings quiet texture to sofas, occasional chairs and upholstered headboards.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
