About this fabric

The cloth has a fine crosshatched weave, visible as tiny horizontal and vertical threads across the surface rather than a printed motif. Its light silver tone stays softly muted, with the folds creating understated depth instead of strong contrast. The fabric appears fine and fluid in the swatch, making it particularly suited to drapery and relaxed curtain treatments. In brighter areas it reads almost pearl-white, while the gathered sections settle into a cooler grey.

How to use it

Pair Ithaca Silver with chalky whites, pale oak and cool stone for a quiet, light-reflective scheme. Its pale silver-grey tone would work especially well as full-length curtains in a calm bedroom or contemporary sitting room.

Use this cool silver-grey cloth for softly gathered curtains where its fine woven texture can catch the light.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
