Khalifa Silk
Khalifa Fabric
Khalifa Silk is shown here in a warm ivory beige, crossed by delicate irregular lines that create a quietly elongated surface. The fine cloth folds fluidly, with soft highlights appearing along the creases.

About this fabric
This colourway has a gentle beige tone with a slight ivory cast, giving the swatch a warm, luminous appearance rather than a deep or strongly saturated colour. Fine white vertical lines travel across the surface, varying subtly in width and spacing for a relaxed linear effect. In the folded sample, the lightweight-looking cloth forms soft ripples and catches the light along the raised folds. Its fine, fluid appearance makes it particularly suited to drapery.
How to use it
Use the warm ivory-beige shade for full-length curtains in a calm neutral room, pairing it with natural timber, chalky walls or softly contrasting taupe upholstery. Hang it with generous fullness so the irregular vertical lines follow the movement of the folds.
Use this warm ivory-beige cloth for softly tailored curtains where its fine vertical lines and fluid folds can catch the light.
Pairs well with
A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Khalifa Silk without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it
Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
