About this fabric

The close view shows a dense, finely crosshatched weave rather than a printed motif, with the texture becoming more pronounced across the curved folds. Its truffle colouring sits between taupe and brown, giving the surface a muted warmth without reading as a strong red or yellow. The draped presentation shows how light catches the raised ridges while the recesses settle into deeper chocolate-taupe shading. No further composition, width, rub-test or performance specification has been supplied for this fabric.

How to use it

Use this warm truffle-taupe colourway on a tailored sofa, occasional chair or headboard where its softly textured surface can add depth without introducing a pattern. Combine it with dark timber, oatmeal linens and aged brass for a composed, earthy room.

A warm, grounded taupe-brown upholstery cloth that pairs naturally with timber, leather and muted neutral schemes.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
