About this fabric

The colour sits between earthy brown and muted taupe, giving the surface a softly shaded, natural depth rather than a flat block of colour. Its dense-looking sherpa pile is visibly fuzzy, with uneven vertical channels and darker recesses that become more pronounced across the folds. No composition, width or rub-test specification has been supplied for this colourway. The folded swatch shows how the plush surface catches light unevenly, creating a cosy, softly sculpted finish.

How to use it

Use the warm bark-brown tone on a deeply upholstered armchair, sofa or headboard, where its plush ridges can add texture without introducing a bold pattern. Pair it with oatmeal, stone and dark timber tones to reinforce its earthy, muted character.

The warm bark-brown pile adds cosy depth and tactile interest to upholstered seating.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
