About this fabric

The close weave has a subtle crosshatched texture rather than a visible motif, giving the fabric a clean, understated appearance. Its snow-ivory colour sits just off pure white, with a faint warm greige cast where the folds turn away from the light. The fine, fluid handle visible in the image makes this colourway particularly suited to drapery. Diagonal gathering creates soft shadow lines without introducing pattern or strong contrast.

How to use it

Use Umbria Snow for full-length curtains or relaxed Roman blinds where its pale ivory tone can brighten the room without the starkness of optic white. Pair it with warm timber, chalky walls and gentle taupe upholstery to echo the subtle warmth visible in the folds.

A softly luminous ivory with a fine woven surface, ideal for calm, light-filled window treatments.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
