About this fabric
08 Chinchilla reads as a cool, pale taupe-grey, with flecks of stone, charcoal and warm beige visible through the weave. The close, irregular crosshatch gives the surface a lightly nubby, textile-rich texture rather than a flat solid appearance. Fine tonal shifts break up the ground without forming a discernible motif, so the colour stays calm at a distance and more detailed close up.
