About this fabric

The close-up shows an irregular, pebble-like weave made up of closely packed raised loops and tiny tonal shifts. Dark teal and softened grey-green threads blend across the surface, creating a shaded, mineral quality that changes subtly with the light. The texture is visibly substantial and nubby, with a low-key organic character rather than a smooth or polished finish. This is a composed, quietly expressive colourway for upholstery where its depth and tactile weave can be seen at close range.

How to use it

Use the cool storm teal on a statement armchair, sofa or footstool, balancing its depth with chalky neutrals, pale oak and brushed metal. Warm rust or muted ochre accents will bring contrast without overpowering the subdued blue-green tone.

Use this deep, greyed teal on an upholstered chair or sofa, pairing it with pale timber and warm neutral textiles.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
