About this wallpaper

The grey ground shifts subtly from misted silver to deeper graphite, while white, mineral-like strokes sweep across the surface in irregular ribbons. Feathered patches, curling eddies and finer horizontal grain-like lines give the pattern a fluid, layered character rather than a rigid repeat. The contrast is restrained, keeping the overall effect tonal even where the pale markings gather into brighter areas. This design is catalogued as wallpaper in the Cazenove Wallcoverings collection, with no performance features noted in the supplied information.

How to use it

Use Tungsten to bring cool, mineral depth to a study, bedroom or contemporary sitting room, especially alongside charcoal, soft white and brushed-metal accents. Its silver-grey tone can also temper warmer timber and natural stone without losing the pattern’s quiet movement.

A cool silver-grey wallcovering with chalk-white marbled movement and a quietly atmospheric finish.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Maurier Wallcovering Tungsten without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
