Lenny Driftwood

Mercer Fabric

Lenny Driftwood has a quiet driftwood tone, sitting between warm taupe and softened brown. Its close-up surface shows a fine, gently mottled texture rather than a pronounced pattern.

About this fabric

The colour reads as a warm, weathered taupe with a restrained grey cast, giving the surface a natural, understated depth. Fine tonal variation across the weave prevents the plain ground from looking flat, while the matte finish keeps it relaxed rather than glossy. The visible construction appears versatile enough for upholstery or drapery, although no composition, width, rub test or performance features were supplied for this fabric.

How to use it

Use Lenny Driftwood to bring a soft, grounded finish to an armchair, sofa or full-length curtain, particularly alongside oak, aged timber, stone and warm off-whites. Its muted taupe-brown tone works well where a room needs texture without a strong decorative motif.

A softly textured driftwood taupe with enough visual depth for upholstery or relaxed window treatments.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
