About this fabric

The colour sits between blue and green, with a cool, saturated teal base and darker turquoise-black lines tracing irregular, branching forms. Broad organic bands create a large-scale pattern, while fine horizontal texture breaks up the surface and keeps the design from appearing flat. Subtle shifts from brighter blue-green to shadowed teal make the motif move as the light changes. The close-up reads as a substantial, textured textile with a softly lustrous finish, making it particularly suited to statement upholstery.

How to use it

Use Athne Lagoon on a focal armchair, headboard or sofa where its deep blue-green tone can become the room’s defining colour. Balance the saturated teal with pale stone, smoked timber, aged brass or charcoal accents.

Use this richly shaded teal with warm timber, dark lacquer and tactile neutral upholstery accents.
