About this fabric

The close, even pile gives this velvet a soft, dense appearance, while the folds show how the surface catches light across the lagoon tone. With a supplied weight of 540 gsm, it has the substantial presence expected of an upholstery velvet. Its useable width is 141 cm, providing a generous working width for upholstered pieces. The supplied vertical and horizontal pattern repeats are both 0 cm, matching the plain, motif-free surface visible here.

How to use it

Use Lagoon on a statement armchair, banquette or headboard where its saturated teal colour can become the room’s focal point. Pair the cool blue-green tone with pale timber, warm brass or softened neutrals to balance its depth.
