About this fabric

This plain velvet has no pattern repeat and presents an even, finely textured face rather than a motif. The 540gsm weight gives the cloth a substantial presence, making it particularly well suited to upholstery. In the swatch image, the short pile shifts from luminous golden yellow on the raised ridge to a deeper ochre-gold in the recessed folds. It has a 141cm usable width for planning upholstered panels and tailored applications.

How to use it

Use Nectar on a statement armchair, sofa or headboard where its warm golden tone can act as a confident focal colour. Pair it with walnut, aged brass and softened neutrals to balance the velvet’s saturated glow.
