Valentina Gold sets a warm, muted gold damask against a soft cream ground, giving the colourway a gently aged, low-contrast glow rather than a bright metallic effect. The image shows a strongly symmetrical arrangement of curling leaves, stylised flowers and fine dotted ornament, with a pronounced central vertical axis.
