About this fabric

Woven in 18% cotton chenille, 47% cotton and 35% polyester, this 140cm-wide fabric has a compact 2.5cm pattern repeat and a pleasantly tactile finish. The gold tone is muted rather than brassy, with an antique warmth that softens the tiny geometric weave. In the light, the raised texture catches just enough sheen to lift the surface without making it glossy. It feels best suited to seating where a smart, understated pattern is wanted.

How to use it

Use Orpheus Gold on a compact armchair, dining seat pads or a tailored headboard where the warm gold can add depth without overpowering the room. It pairs especially well with dark wood, ochre, moss and aged brass.

Pair with walnut, tobacco leather and deep olive for a warm, tailored look.
