Conch Chalk

Ventus Sheers Fabric

Conch Chalk is a very pale chalk-cream sheer with a clean, softly diffused appearance. Its fine surface reveals a delicate woven structure rather than a printed motif.

About this fabric

The close-up shows tiny intersecting threads forming a subtle, regular micro-grid across the cloth. Pale cream and near-white yarns create a cool, lightly mottled surface, with the texture becoming more visible where the light catches it. Catalogued as a Fabric from Zinc Textile’s Ventus Sheers collection, its fine, light-looking construction makes it best suited to drapery. The restrained surface gives the colourway a crisp, airy character without introducing a strong pattern.

How to use it

Use Conch Chalk for full-height curtains where its near-white chalk tone can keep a room feeling bright and calm. Pair it with warm timber, pale stone or softly coloured upholstery to bring out the fine woven texture without overwhelming it.

A fine chalk-cream sheer with a restrained micro-grid texture for light, quietly tailored window treatments.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
