About Anthology
Anthology began in spring 2014 as a compendium of wallcoverings, and its finishes and textures were quickly picked up by interior designers and hotel groups. In 2016 it added contract quality fabrics on the same urban theme, including tactile velvets and glossy wide-width sheers. The name was chosen for its dictionary sense of a curated collection.
It is worth knowing where the brand now sits. Anthology was one of Walker Greenbank's brands alongside Zoffany, Sanderson, Morris and Co, Harlequin and Scion, and that group is now Sanderson Design Group. Anthology is no longer listed among its brands, and the Anthology web address redirects to Harlequin, which is where the collections are sold today.
So if a customer asks us for an Anthology paper or sheer, we look for it under Harlequin, and the Sanderson Design Group books in the pattern-book room are where it will be. The wide sheers are the part we use most: they take a very deep window without a seam, which is not something many cloths will do.
