Boscome Garden Green

Archive Collection on Linen FabricBoscome Garden - GREEN

Boscome Garden Green pairs a muted sage-green ground with a formal, symmetrical botanical design in softened blue, pale green and terracotta. Its lightly textured surface gives the detailed pattern a gently aged, tactile character.

About this fabric

The design is shown on a muted sage-green ground, with a cool blue architectural floral panel framed by curling green foliage and small terracotta flower heads. At the centre, layered blue petals create a tall stylised bloom, while the lower field introduces two blue-edged paisley forms with warm terracotta centres. The slightly nubby, open-looking surface softens the pattern’s formal symmetry and gives the pale green areas a gently chalky, light-catching depth. No composition, width, rub test or performance features are supplied for this colourway.

How to use it

Use the cool, softened sage tone alongside chalky whites, aged timber and blue-painted furniture for a quiet traditional scheme. The terracotta flower details can be picked up in small cushions, piping or ceramic accents.

Use this muted sage colourway to bring a softly faded, decorative garden feel to curtains, occasional upholstery or cushions.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Boscome Garden Green without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
