Rowe II

Gawthorpe FabricROWECOLII

Rowe II presents a richly drawn botanical pattern across a warm beige ground, with curling sage foliage, dusty peach flowers and deep navy accents. Its softly faded palette gives the design an aged, collected character.

About this fabric

The visible woven texture gives the ground a tactile, slightly irregular finish rather than a flat printed appearance. Large curling stems and feathery leaves are picked out in muted sage, while peachy coral blooms, mustard flower heads and navy-blue details create layered depth. The overall colour balance is warm and subdued, with the darker blue providing definition against the pale ground. No composition, width, rub-test or other performance specification has been supplied for this fabric.

How to use it

Use this colourway where warm beige upholstery or curtains need pattern without brightness: pair it with natural wood, aged brass and plain sage or navy textiles to draw out the foliage and darker floral details.

The softly aged palette and leafy floral scale bring considered colour and pattern to upholstery or window treatments.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
