About this fabric

This is a dense woven textile with a small-scale, nubby texture visible across the swatch. Its fenugreek colouring reads as subdued mustard rather than bright yellow, deepened by olive and charcoal fibres that create a peppered, shadowed effect. The tightly packed surface appears substantial and suited to upholstery, particularly where a plain fabric with visual depth is wanted. Light catches individual threads lightly, preventing the dark colour from looking flat.

How to use it

Use Oti Fenugreek on a structured armchair, sofa or dining seat, pairing its smoky olive-mustard tone with charcoal, warm timber and aged brass. Its restrained texture also works well as a grounding plain alongside patterned cushions.

Its dark olive ground and mustard flecks bring depth to tailored upholstery without introducing a strong motif.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
