About this colour

This shade reads as a cool, balanced grey with a faint green undertone, using its #A6A8A5 value to hold a gentle softness rather than a hard, urban edge. On a wall it reflects light evenly, lifting a room without ever feeling pale, and the Waterbased Eggshell finish will give woodwork the same restrained, tailored effect. In a north-facing room it can lean a little cooler and more pewter, while in south light the warmer undertone becomes clearer and the colour feels more mellow. It sits neatly beside natural oak, painted joinery, smoked timber and muted upholstery tones, especially oatmeal, moss, taupe and navy.
