Black Edition

Flavius Pesto

Astratto Fabric

Flavius Pesto combines a warm, muted pesto-olive ground with a sharply defined charcoal geometric grid. The interlocking pattern has an architectural, Art Deco-influenced rhythm across the swatch.

About this fabric

The design is formed from repeating octagonal and rectangular links, outlined with closely spaced charcoal lines. Against the olive background, the dark pattern feels graphic and grounded rather than high-contrast or bright. Subtle tonal variation across the surface gives the ground a softly irregular woven appearance, while the charcoal lines remain crisp. The balanced pattern and mid-weight-looking textile surface make this colourway suitable for upholstery or drapery.

How to use it

Use Flavius Pesto to bring depth to an olive and charcoal room, particularly on a statement chair, bench or full-length curtain. Balance its strong geometry with plain linen, warm timber and softly textured neutrals.

Pair the warm olive ground with charcoal, natural timber and restrained brass for a confident, graphic scheme.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
