Modulo Wakame

Tsauri Fabric

Modulo Wakame is shown here as a muted olive-green textile on a rounded upholstered armchair. Its darker linear motif gives the surface a distinctive geometric rhythm, while the subdued colour keeps the overall impression grounded.

About this fabric

The fabric reads as a mossy olive and grey-green ground, overlaid with dark interlocking geometric lines that follow the chair’s curved arms and back. The pattern has a medium visual scale, clearly visible across the upholstery without overwhelming the rounded silhouette. Slight surface variation softens the contrast, giving the design a tactile, lived-in appearance rather than a flat graphic finish. In this colourway, the cool, weathered green sits comfortably alongside the room’s stone, timber and terracotta tones.

How to use it

Use Modulo Wakame on a statement armchair or compact sofa where its muted olive tone can balance pale walls, aged timber and warm natural materials. Keep surrounding textiles quiet to let the dark geometric pattern define the seat.

Use this muted olive colourway to bring patterned depth to a tailored armchair or occasional seat.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
