Black Edition

Tsauri Mural Avocet

Tsauri Mural Avocet presents sweeping, gestural black brush marks across a softly ivory ground. The irregular strokes and feathered edges give this Black Edition wallcovering the character of an enlarged ink study.

About this wallpaper

The design is built from broad, arcing black forms with fine, hairline marks that soften their edges and suggest the movement of a loaded brush. Against the pale ivory background, the near-monochrome palette feels high-contrast yet softened by the warm ground rather than stark white. This is a wallpaper from the Tsauri Wallcoverings collection, catalogued under the Black Edition. No performance features or additional specifications are noted.

How to use it

Use this large-scale wallpaper as a focal wall where its ivory ground can lift the room while the deep black brushwork anchors furnishings in charcoal, blackened timber or warm natural tones.

Pair the ivory ground with warm neutrals or dark timber to balance the expressive black brushwork.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Tsauri Mural Avocet without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
