About this fabric

The surface is woven in a tight, even grid, with darker and lighter grey threads lending the Storm shade gentle depth rather than a flat block of colour. There is no visible motif, and the supplied pattern repeat is 0 cm vertically and horizontally. At 220 gsm and 147 cm usable width, it is a versatile mid-weight suitable for both upholstery and drapery. The standard length is 40 m, making it practical for larger coordinated schemes.

How to use it

Use Storm grey to bring a cool, tailored note to an upholstered chair, sofa or full-length curtain, pairing it with chalky whites, charcoal accents and pale natural timber. Its fine woven texture adds interest without competing with patterned cushions or artwork.

The cool storm-grey tone and fine crosswoven texture suit tailored upholstery, curtains and understated contemporary schemes.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
