About this fabric

The design is formed from repeated tall, ghostly brush-like shapes, with broken horizontal bands and flecks that soften the regularity of the pattern. Its blue-grey pigment reads muted and cool against the ivory base, while the distressed surface catches the light in a subtly tactile way. At 355 gsm, Tessere Midnight is a substantial mid-weight fabric suited to both upholstery and drapery. It has a 138 cm usable width, a 67.5 cm vertical repeat and a 46 cm horizontal repeat, supplied in a standard 40 m length.

How to use it

Use Tessere Midnight to temper warm timber, chalk-painted furniture or deep navy accents, allowing the ivory ground to keep the room light while the smoky blue marks add layered depth. It works particularly well on occasional upholstery, relaxed curtains and coordinating cushions where the abstract repeat can be appreciated at close range.
