About this fabric

The design is built from elongated vertical striations rather than precise lines, with chalky ivory marks breaking through layers of denim blue, blue-grey and narrow charcoal accents. The cool palette has a gently faded, mineral quality, while the raised-looking surface catches the light unevenly across the pale and darker bands. At 435gsm and 137cm wide, this is a substantial fabric with the presence suited to upholstery. Its 62cm vertical repeat and 34cm horizontal repeat should be allowed for when aligning the directional pattern.

How to use it

Use Effetto Denim on a compact sofa, headboard or occasional chair in a room of chalk whites, pale timber and softened blue-grey accents. The cool denim tone also works well with dark stained wood, where the narrow deep-blue marks add definition.

Use this substantial denim-blue textile on upholstered seating where its chalky vertical pattern can add relaxed movement without overwhelming the room.
