Effetto Mineral

Vivido Fabric FabricCCF0735-04

Effetto Mineral presents a cool mineral-teal ground animated by irregular vertical strokes in pale aqua, chalky cream and smoky grey. The softly distressed surface gives the colourway a layered, tactile appearance rather than a flat block of colour.

About this fabric

This Clarke & Clarke fabric weighs 435 gsm, giving the visible woven cloth a substantial, upholstery-friendly presence. Its 62 cm vertical repeat and 34 cm horizontal repeat organise the broken, painterly striations into a gently directional pattern. Muted turquoise and blue-green tones sit alongside softened ivory highlights and deeper grey marks, creating variation as the light moves across the textured surface. The fabric has a 137 cm usable width and a standard 40 m length.

How to use it

Use the mineral teal on a statement armchair, sofa or dining seat, pairing it with warm ivory, weathered timber and brushed metal to balance its cool blue-green depth. Position patterned upholstery where the pale vertical strokes can remain visible across the furniture’s face.

A substantial teal woven suited to upholstered seating, where its vertical mineral striations add depth without overwhelming the room.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
