About this fabric

The colour sits between blue and green, with a muted teal depth that appears cooler where the fine ribs catch the light. Close inspection shows closely set vertical striations, with a supplied horizontal repeat of just 0.4 cm and no vertical repeat. At 425 gsm, the dense woven construction gives this upholstery fabric a substantial visual presence. The 138 cm usable width and 35 m standard length provide practical coverage for larger upholstery projects.

How to use it

Use Ashdown Teal on a tailored armchair, dining seat or sofa where its cool blue-green tone can anchor warm timber, ivory or sand-coloured textiles. The narrow vertical ribbing also adds quiet direction to plain upholstery without introducing a bold motif.
