Adelia Matcha

Giverny FabricM4217-01

Adelia Matcha from Manuel Canovas’ Giverny collection brings a fresh, leafy stripe to the surface, balancing soft green grounds with a crisp cream band. The repeating floral vine feels airy and orderly, with the matcha tones keeping it calm rather than bright.

About this fabric

This fabric is a 52% Linen, 28% Viscose, 12% Acrylic, 8% Cotton blend, with a width of approximately 138cm and a vertical repeat of 16cm, making the stripe easy to place across larger runs. In this colourway, the broad ground stripes read as a pale, misted matcha green, while the narrow decorative bands introduce a slightly deeper green motif and olive vine detail on an off-white base. The overall effect is light and breathable, with enough body in the weave to suggest use beyond simple sheers. Care code Q 8 + T 3 and fire code √BM are supplied for this exact fabric.

How to use it

Use Adelia Matcha on relaxed upholstery pieces, Roman blinds, or full-length curtains where the vertical stripe can lend height without feeling formal. Its soft green palette works especially well with natural oak, limewashed walls, and creamy neutral linens.

Fresh enough for curtains, sturdy enough for upholstery accents.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Adelia Matcha without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
