Chintal Charcoal/Red

Indira FabricJ969F-03

Chintal Charcoal/Red brings a crisp, folk-inspired symmetry to the Indira collection, set on a warm cream ground with sharp red, coral and charcoal accents. The mirrored medallions feel lively without losing their order, giving the design a tailored, decorative edge.

About this fabric

This fabric is woven in a 43% Cotton, 38% Linen and 19% Acrylic blend, giving the surface a natural, slightly dry handle that suits its structured patterning. The repeat is approximately V 40cm and H 44cm, which creates a clear tile-like rhythm across the cloth. In this colourway the charcoal outlining keeps the motif defined, while the reds and oranges read bright and spirited against the pale ground. At approximately 132cm wide and with fire code √BM, it is a versatile decorative fabric for schemes that need pattern with a little graphic punch.

How to use it

Pair it with chalky neutrals, warm timber and matte black details to echo the charcoal outline. It also works well as a statement curtain or upholstery accent where the red and cream palette can lift a quieter room.

Use with quiet plains to let the mirrored motif and charcoal outlines stand out.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
