About this fabric

Woven in 100% silk, this fabric has an approx. width of 138cm and a repeat of V 0cm / H 0cm, giving it a clean, unpatterned appearance in the cloth. The colour sits between cream and pale beige, with a slightly warm undertone that reads fresh rather than yellow. Its surface has a subtle natural sheen and fine texture, so the shade feels elegant without looking glossy. The overall effect is a restrained neutral that brings softness and light to a room.

How to use it

Use Lucerne Birch on curtains, blinds or tailored cushions where its pale, warm tone can soften darker woods and richer accent colours. It also works well as a light-toned upholstery silk in formal sitting rooms and bedrooms.

Use for refined schemes that need a gentle, luminous neutral.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
