Alderney Wallpaper Cream

Alderney Wallpaper Cream pairs a warm, softly shaded cream ground with winding tan branches, fresh green leaves and delicate pale blossom sprays. The open arrangement gives the botanical design a light, airy presence while retaining plenty of detail.

About this fabric

The cream background reads warm and gentle, setting off the muted sage and leafy greens, while pale lilac, white and grey blossom details add a subtle cool contrast. Slender branches sweep diagonally across the paper, with curling tendrils and clustered flowers creating an illustrative, climbing-botanical effect. Alderney is made from 100% paper and has a vertical repeat of 54cm with an approximate horizontal repeat of 52cm, arranged as a half drop. The restrained colour balance keeps the floral detail decorative without making the overall surface feel heavy.

How to use it

Use this warm cream colourway across a bedroom, dressing room or traditional sitting room, where its sage foliage can sit comfortably with natural wood, painted furniture and soft linen neutrals. Repeat the green in cushions or painted joinery to draw the botanical branches into the wider scheme.

Use this warm cream botanical paper to bring a softly traditional, garden-inspired layer to bedrooms, hallways or sitting rooms.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
