Namibia Birch is a softly structured cream fabric with a neat geometric grid and an understated, chalky finish. The small repeating blocks sit quietly across the cloth, giving the surface a calm, tailored rhythm.

About this fabric

Woven in 84% Linen and 16% Polyester, this Larsen Tana fabric has the dry, natural character of linen with a little added stability from polyester. The 280cm approximate width makes it especially useful for wider applications, while the 16cm x 16cm approximate repeat keeps the block motif orderly and balanced. In Namibia Birch, the palette reads as a pale birch cream with gentle beige-grey shading in the outline, so the pattern appears crisp but never harsh. The overall effect is light, restrained and textural rather than bold, with the weave detail becoming more visible as the light moves across the surface.

How to use it

Use this birch-toned colourway to soften modern upholstery, blind hems or curtains in rooms that need a calm, architectural pattern. It pairs naturally with oak, limestone, and warm white paint, where the pale grid can add interest without breaking the room’s brightness.

A quiet cream geometric that brings texture without visual weight.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
