Ocata Bone

Tana FabricL9298-02

Ocata Bone shows a pale bone ground with fine horizontal cream striations that read calm and softly textural. The stripe is subtle rather than graphic, giving the fabric a light, breathable look.

About this fabric

This colourway has a warm bone-beige cast with creamy raised bands running across a softly slubbed woven ground, so the stripe feels gentle rather than crisp. The cloth is a wide-width fabric at approximately 288cm, which makes it especially practical for larger upholstery or full-length drapery runs with fewer joins. Its composition of 48% linen, 38% viscose, 7% polyamide, 4% polyacrylic and 3% wool gives the surface a natural, slightly dry handle with enough body for versatile use. The repeat is vertical 10cm with no horizontal repeat, reinforcing the long, understated stripe effect seen in the image. Care code Q 8 + W 3 and fire code Z are supplied for this exact fabric.

How to use it

Use Ocata Bone where you want a light neutral that still has visible texture, especially alongside oak, pale stone and chalky painted finishes. The soft stripe works neatly on relaxed upholstery, simple blinds or long curtains in rooms that need brightness without stark white contrast.

A quiet bone stripe that brings warmth and texture without feeling heavy.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Ocata Bone without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
