Wind Cream

Moonrise FabricL9338-02

Wind Cream is a softly luminous ivory colourway with a gentle, airy finish and a lightly textured surface. In the image it reads as a warm cream rather than a stark white, with subtle vertical movement and a relaxed drape at the hem.

About this fabric

Wind Cream from Larsen’s Moonrise collection is woven in 41% viscose, 32% cotton and 27% wool, giving it a natural, cloth-like handle and a soft, breathable look. The fabric is approximately 302cm wide with a repeat of V 0cm / H 0cm approx, so the plain surface presents as an uninterrupted field of colour. Visually, this colourway sits in a warm ivory register, with a pale buttery undertone that catches light softly rather than reflecting it sharply. The open weave texture is visible across the swatch, adding a calm, linen-like character without looking rustic.

How to use it

Use Wind Cream where you want a gentle neutral that will sit quietly against timber, stone and painted finishes. Its warm ivory tone works especially well in sunlit rooms, where the fabric’s soft texture prevents the scheme from feeling too stark.

A soft, airy cream that brings a quiet brightness to elegant, light-filled rooms.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
