About this fabric

This Otto Indoor-Outdoor colourway is woven in 100% Solu Dyed Polyester, making it a straightforward choice for outdoor settings as well as hard-working interiors. The fabric is 140cm wide and has no visible repeat, which suits large, uninterrupted runs across cushions or seating. Visually, the shade sits between terracotta and red-brown, with a dry, matte appearance that softens the depth of the colour. The tiny woven slubs and fine vertical striations stop it reading flat, giving the swatch a quietly textural finish. Its relaxed, earthy warmth makes it feel less formal than a classic red, but richer than a simple brown.

How to use it

Use Otto Dark Red with natural teak, aged brass and pale stone to let the muted brick tone stand out without becoming heavy. It also works well alongside olive, sand and charcoal for a grounded outdoor scheme.
