About this fabric
This colourway combines a soft khaki background with olive, fresh leaf green, yellow-green and near-black foliage, giving the design a subdued but richly varied depth. The visible botanical artwork includes spiky palm fronds, broad banana-like leaves, pale outlined leaves and clusters of small yellow flowers. Salengro is made from 100% Non Woven and has a vertical repeat of 93.5cm on a half drop, with an approximate horizontal repeat of 68.5cm. The generous scale of the leaves makes the pattern read as an immersive botanical wall covering rather than a small all-over motif.
How to use it
Pair the khaki ground with warm natural wood, linen and rattan, then echo the deeper green and near-black leaves in upholstery or painted joinery. In a smaller room, use it to make the leafy composition feel enveloping while keeping the pale ground from becoming heavy.
