About this fabric

The cream background keeps this densely illustrated design light, while cardinal red and coral blossoms provide its strongest flashes of colour. Plum-toned flowers, muted blue details and olive-green leaves add depth around twisting brown branches, perched birds and finely drawn sprigs. The large-scale composition has a decorative, formal presence, with individual blooms and birds clearly visible across the panel. The supplied specification gives a 136cm vertical repeat on a half drop, approximately 130cm horizontal repeat and a 100% polyester composition.

How to use it

Pair this Cardinal colourway with warm ivory, aged timber and muted red upholstery to echo the cream ground and saturated floral accents. It would make a particularly characterful backdrop in a dining room, study or bedroom.

Use this richly coloured chinoiserie wallpaper to bring a warm, collected feel to dining rooms, studies or bedrooms.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
