Reece Stone is a calm, softly lit neutral with a gentle stone-beige cast and a fine woven surface. Its understated plain finish gives it a quietly tailored look rather than a flat, chalky one.

About this fabric

Woven in 70% cotton and 30% linen, Reece Stone has the natural character you expect from those fibres, with a subtle slub and a soft matte handle visible in the swatch. The colour reads as a warm stone beige with a faint greige undertone, so it feels lighter and more relaxed than a deeper taupe. With a repeat of V 0cm / H 0cm approx and a width of 142cm approx, it is straightforward to plan for both upholstery and curtains. The overall effect is clean, grounded and easy to live with, while the plain weave keeps the surface visually quiet.

How to use it

Use this shade on a sofa or armchair when you want a neutral that still feels soft and textile-rich. It also suits lined curtains, where the pale stone tone will brighten the room without looking stark.

A quietly tailored neutral that works across both upholstery and curtains.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
