Infinity Velvets Mandal Stone Wavy

Infinity Velvets Mandal Stone Wavy has a softly lustrous stone-beige surface with a gently rippled, quilted-looking pattern that catches the light across the pile. The effect is calm and refined, with enough movement to keep the colourway from feeling flat.

About this fabric

This velvety fabric is woven in 54% viscose and 46% polyester, with a usable width of 138cm and a durable 100,000 Martindale rub test, making it suitable for severe contract upholstery as well as drapery and accessories. The Mandal pattern reads as a medium-scale wavy grid, and in this stone colourway the raised structure blends creamy beige and warm taupe shadows for a quiet, tactile finish. Light skims the pile rather than flashing brightly, so the surface feels soft, matte-lustrous and understated. It is treatable for FR drapery and upholstery, adding practicality to its polished look.

How to use it

Use this stone tone on a sofa, banquette or occasional chair when you want texture without strong colour. It pairs neatly with limestone, pale oak and muted metal finishes, and also works beautifully as a warm neutral curtain fabric.

A calm stone velvet with subtle wavy texture, ideal for tailored upholstery or elegant drapery.

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Infinity Velvets Mandal Stone Wavy without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
