About this fabric

Woven in 54% viscose and 46% polyester, this velvet has the dense handle and refined sheen expected of a severe contract upholstery cloth. The swatch shows a pale seafoam green with a slightly silvery cast, so the pattern reads quietly rather than boldly, letting the raised texture do the work. Its 18cm horizontal repeat and 17cm vertical repeat create the undulating, layered effect visible in the sample, while the 138cm usable width supports broader applications. With a Martindale rating of 100,000 and FR treatment suitable for both drapery and upholstery, it is specified for demanding interiors.

How to use it

This colourway works well on compact seating, dining chairs or headboards where the fresh green can soften harder lines. It also suits relaxed curtains in light-filled rooms, especially alongside chalky neutrals, pale oak or brushed metal finishes.
